I found this nice shot of a Flowrider stand-up barrel in Durban S. Africa. I called Mavericks Sports in Sunriver and they think they will be open by "the end of August" with an INDOOR Flowrider wave available at a 'per hour session cost' of around $25? They said they would be open to the public for some time, but might at some point only offer the flowrider to club members. I'll tell you right now, the guy in this barrel must have some scars to show, since the one in Hawaii (below) was not near as hollow, and still managed to kick my ass...
